For some reason - which I will never know, as she died too young for me to inquire - my mother hated Joey Heatherton with a passion that could have fired a thousand suns. It seems she was/is a contemporary of my mother's, being only a few years younger than mom. All I know is that whenever Miss Joey showed up on television the channel changed. Quickly.

I am lukewarm about her. Meh
