Wasn't there another child star who put her head in an Easy Bake Oven?

Donna Lethal said...

That could take years...Easy Bake only had a light bulb!

Did you ever have a Chatty Cathy doll?

Donna Lethal said...

Nope. I had hair-related dolls, like Crissy. My first Barbie was "PJ, Barbie's Mod Friend."

Jim-Jim said...

Yes, you probably would told Chatty Cathy to shut up.

Does she recommend substituting powdered barbiturates for powdered sugar at any time?

Yes I'm sure she loved putting on plays for the neighborhood kids - especially after acting 50 hours a week.

Poor thing- had to wear those "baby clothes", play 3 years younger than her real age and do most of her scenes emoting to an absent Uncle Bill. His scenes were done in bulk and then the rest of cast went back and filled in gaps. No wonder she acted with all the enthusiasm of a wet mop
- she probably forgot the plots.

Wow, I didn't know that. What was keeping Brian Keith so busy?

I was! He was my childhood crush! I still love a man with a cigarette rasp...

It was a Don Fedderson Prods deal
like Fred Macmurray had on My Three Sons.

It gave the "stars" more months off (to drink and play golf). The supporting players had to try to match the level of drama shot months earlier- and without their leading man.

ps - Brian Keith - HOTness.

Brian Keith reminds me of my ex hub, who coincidentally thought Sly and the Family Stone's "Family Affair" was sung by Buffy and Jody when he was a kid.

Do you remember the rumour that Buffy and jody were actually middle-aged dwarfs?

Oops.. sorry Donna.

Didn't you ever see that pic I posted that says that?

I recently watched "With Six You Get Eggroll" and I could barely understand a word that Brian Keith said. I think Doris Day was having the same problem.

And of course, Anissa made an appearance on my blog. http://blog.marshotelonline.com/2008/06/29/from-my-sketchbook-anissa-jones/
