Ah - I was just thinking the last few days how much I'd like to find a good, old fashion beauty parlor. With the big hair dryers you can sit under and curlers that look like mini round cages....
I don't think there's any like that in Costa Mesa.

I've been pretty far with a couple of them.
Sadly, the days of Warren Beatty types are long over for women like me.
Remember when Virginia used to show up on All My Children?
I still have my Warren Beatty type hairdresser. His name is Vaught and works out of a private back room at the Red Carpet Coiffures Salon. The salon itself serves cocktails and has gold trim with lots of red flocked brocade wallpaper.
He’s straight. I’ve been trying to get him in bed for years. Sadly I don’t see him that often as my hair is getting thin these days.
