Rip Torn was the only "name" I ever worked with that I can honestly say was really mean.It might have had something to do with the fact that, for all his talent, he was in a low budget made for Showtime movie, but still.
Rip Taylor could fix him!!!
No excuse for being mean... for god's sake, he gets to MAKE A LIVING as an ACTOR!
Too funny! Do you have Beatrice Lillie's cover of "It's Here Out Here for a Pimp?"
Coward and Franco Nero in the same week! It's all I can do to not faint. I'm such a huge NC fan, but I hadn't heard that one. Thanks, Donna.
BTW.. Rip Torn: wasn't he married to someone interesting?
Because it's a fab fake! Yes - Geraldine Page. Torn Page!
Good lord! Can you imagine Thanksgiving at the "Torn-Page" (!) household?
Wow.. that was one good fake! Fooled me.....of course, in hindsight, "rehab"?...not very 1934....der!
old, ugly AND mean? i'd imagine rip is on thin ice.
