Every time I look at this picture I want to make some sort of oral sex joke.
A bit off topic for this one and I'm sorry but since the pictures have old fashion hairdos I thought it was the closest.
There's a blog that talks about outdated library books and they're claiming that no woman uses curlers now adays. Several of us disagreed and one person even commented "All this talk of women using curlers today is like finding out a lot of women are still wearing corsets, and lead white on their faces. Freaking me out."
*face palm*
I thought some ladies and maybe Gene would be interested in this one. Showing that old fashion dos and curlers are still very much wanted and not just by people in the theatre.
Course I keep telling them if they do weed it I'd like to buy it. LOL So I do have a vested interest in them getting rid of it. But at the same time I want to defend the use of curlers.

Oh, puh-lease. I use a Velcro curler on my bangs every morning.
Hell, when my hair was shorter, I still pin-curled it, just like my grandmother taught me!
I know, Eve. Heck, I just bought a curler set from Avon for myself. I'm hoping to learn to set my own hair like my mom does. First though, I've got to find a small vanity for my room. So I can see what I'm doing.
I had to totally face palm because of some of the moronic comments about how curlers were out of date, how women shouldn't use them, etc.
Oh, on the subject of Flicker I'd like to say that Donna's Flicker account is totally addictive. I want to write a testimonial that says so but I can't find the link to do so. I guess maybe you need a pro account to do that.
