Honestly, I haven't been to a beauty parlor in ages. Whenever I see images of modern day celebrities at the salon, they look like an elephant has drenched them in piss from head to toe. Otherwise, this clip was loads o' fun - with the volume turned all of the way down.
I've lost track on the number of times I've pulled this up to watch on youtube. This could be so much better, focusing more on a variety of clients, and NOT on the little girl's perm. Whoever thought about adding the sound here just needs to try some other forms of being "funny". This is a very, VERY small way of remembering "true" beauty shops, but my mind paints a much better memorable picture of "Edith's Home Beauty Shop" and the "Baton Beauty Shop" where my fascination with this industry began.

I'll admit I listened with the volume on and I don't get what the "narrator" was trying to do. It's not funny commentary. And the salon looks AWESOME.
